What We Need from Your Site

To deliver and install efficiently, we need:

Access for Our Truck

Suitable for rigid truck, semi-trailer, or B-double (depending on order size). We'll confirm the best truck type when quoting.

Stable Ground

Trucks are heavy (especially when loaded). Soft or uneven ground can be an issue.

Overhead Clearance

If your site has low-hanging trees, power lines, or structures, let us know.

Clear Placement Area

We can work around obstacles, but clear access speeds things up and reduces install time (and cost).

Site Contact on the Day

Someone who can confirm placement positions and answer questions if needed.

Broken down clearly: Product cost (per block), Delivery cost (based on location and truck type), Install cost (hourly rate estimate based on your project)

We confirm timing

Typically 1.5-2 weeks from order confirmation. Urgent orders on request.

We deliver and place

Our crew arrives, offloads blocks using our equipment, and positions them as per your instructions.

You're ready to go

Blocks in place, job moving forward. If you need backfilling or finishing work, that's on you (or we can recommend local contractors).

Install is quoted per hour. The hourly rate depends on order size, site access, and placement complexity. We provide a clear estimate before starting so you know the cost upfront.

Yes. If you have a site plan or layout diagram, share it when you request a quote and we'll position blocks accordingly. We'll need a site contact on the day to confirm placement.
Install service is available for most order sizes. For very small orders, the hourly cost may make self-unload more economical. Call (02) 8089 0265 and we'll advise the most cost-effective option.
If access is more difficult than expected (narrower gate, softer ground, unexpected obstacles), it may require extra time or a change in equipment. We'll communicate this on the day and confirm any cost impact before proceeding.
Not as standard. Install covers delivery, offload, and placement only. If you need site prep (levelling, compaction) or backfilling, let us know when quoting and we can discuss options or recommend contractors.
Install service is tied to delivery. If you're collecting blocks yourself (pickup from Mount Kuring-Gai or Marsden Park), you'll handle placement on your end.
